These issues include parking and noise from motor cars in the vicinity, lighting (too bright), poor acoustics, the erection of bollards in front of the Assembly Rooms, a proposal for a gaming club, the lending of the Assembly Rooms chandeliers to the presidential White House in America, and proposals for the future use of the Assembly Rooms.
