A certain curtilage, etc., in the suburb outside the Northgate, between Froglane, on the south, and the close which John Savage, the younger, holds of the Mayor and Commonalty, on the north, and which curtilage contains 4 perches and 2 feet in length and 14 perches 4 feet in width. To have and to hold to the said Mayor, etc., and their successors, from the Prior and Convent and their successors, freely, etc., for ever. Rendering yearly to the Prior and his successors 12d of good and lawful money of England, with clause for distress in event of non payment of rent.
