All his right in a cottage in the suburb of Bath, next his tenement, and which extends upon the head of the lane called Froggemere towards the north; which said cottage he before granted to Robert, and Agnes, his wife, for their lives, as is more fully witnessed in a deed made between them. Rendering every year to the Bishop Bath one penny at Hockedaye for land gabel.
