A messuage with a curtilage, etc., in Bath, of the barony of the lord of Cheorlecumbe, which lies in the lane towards the bath, in the corner between the land which once was Gilbert Black's (Nigri), and between the land of John Ori. To hold by half a pound of pepper to be rendered yearly at Michaelmas to the lord of Cheorlecumbe as freely, etc., as in the charter of William Fresel, John's brother, which he made to the same William Croc, and his heirs, witnesseth.
