The condicion of thys obligacion is suche that if the above wretten John Geffres, his heirs and assigns peaseably do occupy and enjoy a tenement with the appertenance lying within the cite of Bathe in the county of Somerset betwyxt the tenement of the Master and brethern of the hospitall of Seynt John Baptyst in the cite forseyd of the ests parte and a lane by the which people go to the churche of Seynt Michael by the cross bathe of the seid cite of the west partie and the tenement of the Prior of Bathe of the northe part and the forseid bathe of the south part withowte vexacion or trouble of the seid John Tynt and his wife and their heirs and the heirs of any of them or of any other person by their commandement, procuring, or steryng of any of them or of the heirs of any of them, that then the said obligation be void and of non effecte or else to stond in his full strenght and vertue.
