2 Richard Pochon, of Bath, and Isabella, his wife, for their lives
An annual rent of 6s. to be taken from a messuage, etc., which John Chersman holds of him in Brade Street, between William's tenement, on the south, and the tenement of John Fynch, on the north, with the reversion of the same messuage after the death of John Chersman. Rendering annually to the chief lords one penny farthing; and after the decease of the said Richard and Isabella the said rent and reversion to remain to John, son of Richard and Isabella, for his life, at the yearly rent of 11/4d.
