For their lives and the life of the survivor, a tenement in Walekote Street, which John de Hampton lately inhabited, with a garden there adjacent; which tenement is situated between a tenement of the hospital of St. John the Baptist, on the south, and the tenement which John Wydcombe holds of the proctors of St. Michael extra muros, on the north.
Witnesses: Robert Rogers, then Mayor of the City of Bath; William Stanburgh, Andrew Bedford, Aldermen of the said city; Robert Chepman and John Jeffreys, Proctors of the Commonalty there, and many others.
