A tenement in Stall Street which they had by bequest of John Freoman and it lies between the lane which goes to the King's Bath on the north qand the tenement which Walter de Lambrigge once held on the south. Rendering yearly to the Vicar of the Blessed Virgin de Stalls 12d of silver contained in the charter made by Benedict de Stoke to him and the Commonalty 13s and 3 farthings for all secular service, saving royal service, with clauses for maintenance and forfeirture and for distress if the rent is in arrear for three months. After the decease of the aforesaid Thomas and his wife whom he shall marry the said tenement shall revert to the Mayor and Commonalty
