In an annual rent of 100s to be taken by the hands of the proctors of the masses of the said Commonalty from his tenement in Stall Street, which is between the tenement of John le Plomer, on the north, and that of Bartholomew de Donkerton, on the south; which said rent they had of the feoffment of Nicholas le Lavender and Clarice, his wife, (with a clause of confirmation and warranty to the Mayor).
