In fee farm a shop by the stalls of Bath, between the shop of Henry le Peteyvn, on the south, and the shop of John Wissi, on the north. Yearly rent 4s of silver, payable at Michaelmas, St. Thomas, the Annunciation and St. John the Baptist, for all secular service, exaction and demand, saving the service of the lord the King, as much as pertains to the said shop, namely, 6d at the feast of St. Michael for land gabel. The grantee could alienate the property to anyone except Jews and religious men.
