A tenement with a garden adjacent, in Chepe street, between that of the Master of St. John's Hospital, on the east, and that of the Mayor and Commonalty, on the west. Rendering yearly to the Mayor and Commonalty 11s. for all services. Saving to the Master of the chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary eight pence, and to the church of Stalls 12d., and to the bailiff of the city 71/2d.; and after the death of William, Agnes, John, and William, or any of them, to pay 20s yearly to the Commonalty, and the other charges as above, with clause for distress and forfeiture.
