A tenement in Chep Strete lately called Souter Strete, at the corner between the High Street called Northgate Street, on the east and the cottage of the Master of St. John of Bath, on the west, which Walter Bowyer holds, on the west (sic)-of the reversion of the said tenement, to John Hendman, alias Bathe, Agnes and Elizabeth, the daughters he has on the day of the making of this deed, after the death of Christiana and Alice. Rendering yearly to the Commonalty after the decease of Christiana and Alice 20s, with clause for maintenance, etc.
