All his right in a shop within and adjoining the South Gate, on the west; and in the stall which formerly belonged to John de Welyngton, lying between the tenement of Ralph le Deyare, on the south, and that of John Cole, on the north; and in the tenement from the South Gate, as far as the tenement which formerly belonged to Nicholas le Lavender, on the west, and it contains in length 77 feet and in breadth 22 feet.
