A cellar called "Depe celeer," in Corn street, which John de Shireborn formerly held, between the tenement of John de Wyte, of Bristol, on the east, and the stall of Geoffrey Comwell, on the west, for their lives. Rendering yearly to the Commonalty 6s; for which Richard gave them a besant.
