A toft in Northgate street, between the tenement of 2 and the tenement which Roger de Prisshton formerly inhabited; which toft Adam de Eynesham and Alice, his wife, daughter and heir of Benedict Hercy, granted to John, and afterwards the said Adam and Alice rendered the said toft to 1 in the King's Court.
