Land in the suburb of Bath, namely that which is outside the North gate between the land of Thomas Coke on the north, and between the land of the hospital of St.John Baptist on the south and extending from a plot into the Avon. Rendering to the said William one rose at the Feast of St.John the Baptist, and seven pence halfpenny to the King at Hockeday for land gabel. Consideration: 23 shillings sterling
