His messuage with the curtilage and appurtenances in North street, between the land of Nicholas de Porta, on the south, and the way by the walls of the city, on the north, and extending from the said street, in front, to the tenement of Geoffrey Hamond, behind for the lives of 2. Paying yearly 12s d (sic) at four terms, with forfeiture if the rent be in arrear for three months. The messuage to be restored at the end of the time in as good or better state as they first received it.
