Methuen Rogers, 15 Pultney Street, Bath, against William Holman, staying at Marshmans', Avon Street, Bath and Henry Pollard, labourer who were found guilty of stealing a copper kettle and two silver teaspoons. Also a copy of the Depositions relative to the burglary, with a note suggesting that the charge against Stephen Rawlings be dropped in order that he give evidence against Pollard and Holman (see BC/3/2/1/48/28).
