Draft Brief for the prosecution for Rev. Methuen Rogers, 15 Pultney Street, Bath, against William Holman, staying at Marshmans', Avon Street, Bath and Henry Pollard, labourer who were found guilty of stealing a copper kettle and two silver teaspoons. Also a copy of the Depositions relative to the burglary, with a note suggesting that the charge against Stephen Rawlings be dropped in order that he give evidence against Pollard and Holman (see BC/3/2/1/48/28).
