1. Draft Nomination for new commissioners under the Bath River Navigation and Towing Path Acts.
2. Draft Notice to landowners of a meeting of commissoners for mediating regarding the proposal to purchase land for the horse towing path, together with a letter from Ward and Merriman to Philip George junior relating to sending out the notice of the meeting.
3. Draft Order and adjudication between the Commissioners and Thomas Smallcomb of Bitton, Thomas Parker of Upton, in the parish of Bitton and Humphrey Preswick of Hanham, owners of land required for the making of a towpath. Together with three lists of names, including a list of commissioners of the Bath Navigation and Towing Path Act in Bath and Gloucestershire.
