Description
Four draft copies of the Brief for prosecution, with corrections and marginal notes. Richard Price of Cheap Street, Bath, woollen and linen draper, plaintiff accused Jane Fush of Norton St Phillip, mantua and dress maker, defendant, of stealing diapers, muslin and cambric handkerchiefs from his shop on 22 February. Jane Fush was the wife of John Fush, surgeon and apothecary "to the lower classes".
