Papers relating to the case against Henry Kenwick, St James's Square, Bath, who owed a debt of £328 to Hugh Evans. Included is a bail notice for Kenwick; a draft bond, signed by Jame Bunce of Temple, London; a draft copy of the warrant of attorney, a draft affidavit of service of attachment of privilege, draft memorandum of warrant and a number of letters from Kenwick, James Murrow, Liverpool solicitor, and Blackstock and Bunce, attornies, Temple, London addressed to Philip George and one letter from George to Kennick. Together with a draft and neat copy of a detailed bill of costs for the work by Murrow on behalf of Evans.
