Bath Health District Social and Sports Club: Established in 1951 as the Combe Park Hospitals Social and Sports Club. It was funded by the Bath Hospital Management Committee initially and took on the equivalent club at St Martin's Hospital. In 1974 to accomodate all employees of the new Health Authority the club changed its name to the Bath Health District Social and Sports Club. Eventually the club had the funds to erect a Club House which opened in 1987 and was further extended in 1991. The Club was wound up in 2007.
