A dwelling house between a barn formerly in the possession of Joan Botwick, widow, on the East side, a backside formerly in the possession of John Botwick on the West side, the Highway on the North side; also a plot of ground on the right hand of the way near the house of the said John Botwick, containing 3 or 4 luggs, which was formerly a Rekk Barton; all of which premises are now in teh possession of William Haynes and all in teh p. Lyncombe and Widcombe.
