Description
Papers of clients of Pepler and Jenkins, Solicitors, 7 Gay Street, Bath. Mostly title deeds to various Bath properties, but also some Wills and other papers. Some of the documents were found in bundles, which have been retained, but most were loose and in disorder. Where possible, original bundles have been reconstituted, but some items remain as 'strays'.

The collection has been arranged by property, in alphabetical order of address. One stray Will is listed after all the property deeds.

Custodial History
The solicitors Pye-Smith and Pepler (about 1950 to about 1963), and then Pepler and Jenkins (about 1963 to about 1990) were located at 7 Gay Street, Bath.
