Whereas at the time of her death Fanny Marchmont was seized of the hereditaments hereinafter described, and by her will dated 3 January 1916 appointed her husband Arthur Williams Marchmont sole Executor, bequeathing all her estate to him.
Whereas Fanny Marchmont died on 14 June 1923.
Whereas Arthur Williams Marchmont by his will dated 16 June 1923 bequeathed to his step-daughter Ruby Ingram Fortt all his estate, and appointed her Executrix thereof.
Whereas Arthur Williams Marchmont died 2 July 1923.
Whereas Ruby Ingram Fortt as personal representative of the said estates has agreed with Stanley Long Amor for the sale of the said hereditaments for the sum of £2325.
