Whereas several principle sums and interest are due and owing totaling £372.3.1
All that meadow commonly called Dole Mead, and all that messuage and barn called Lyncombe Farm, and all that tenement and garden thereunto adjoining and belonging. And also a piece of pasture ground called the Batch, and five acres of arable land to the said capital messuage near adjoining, one parcel of land called Wyniards (10a.) adjoining also to the capital messuage, one close of arable pasture called Foxhill (8a.), and one close of arable meadow or pasture ground called New Tyning (14a.), situate and being in the Westfield below the way to Englishcombe. And also all those several acres of arable land situated above the way to Englishcombe (24a.). All which said lands are in p. Lyncombe and Widcome, and are part of Lyncombe Farm now in the tenure and occupation of John Pinker, Caleb Price, and William Kirby as tenants to William Hughes. And all other messuages, lands, tenements etc. of him the said William Hughes within the said p. Lyncombe and Widcombe.
Consideration: £372.3.1 from 3. to 1. and £22_.16.11 from 3. to 2

Whereas Thomas Clement has absolutely purchased the aforesaid premises, except about 10a. claimed by and in the occupation of Jane Bullock, Widow, which was not conveyed, for the sum of £1400

All that capital messuage and barn called Lyncombe Farm, and all that tenement and garden thereunto adjoining and belonging. And also a piece of pasture ground called the Batch, and five acres of arable land to the said capital messuage near adjoining, one meadow ground called Dolemead (18a.), one parcel of land called Wyniards (10a.) adjoining also to the capital messuage, one close of arable pasture called Foxhill (8a.), and one close of arable meadow or pasture ground called New Tyning (14a.), situate and being in the Westfield below the way to Englishcombe. And also all those several acres of arable land situated above the way to Englishcombe (24a.). All which said lands are in p. Lyncombe and Widcome, and are part of Lyncombe Farm. From 1. to 3. in trust for 2. for the residue of a term of 500 years.
Consideration: £580 from 2. to 1. being part of the aforesaide £1400 purchase money left in the hands of Thomas Clement to indemnify him against the said recited incumberances.
