Whereas Jane Maltby before her marriage to her previous husband Thomas King, by bond dated 27 March 1766, became bound to the Widow Parsons, city of Oxford, in the penal sum of £2000, void on payment of £1000 and interest. The said principle sum together with £150 interest now remains due, which said bond has lately come to the knowledge of Robert Maltby, who has agreed to discharge the same.

Jane Maltby releases Robert Maltby from payment of the rents and profits of the premises aforesaid and directs John Stevens to pay the same to the said Robert Maltby for the residue of a term of 200 years.
Robert Maltby covenants with Charles Rennett that he shall and will pay off and discharge the said principle monies and interest on the said bond.
Consideration: Robert Maltby agrees to pay the said Debt
