Photocopied extracts (made in 1991) from a volume in the possession of Mr. W. A. Burraston of 39 Brook Road, Twerton, Bath which contains correspondence dated with owners of land required by the Avon & Gloucestershire Railway Company, business on behalf of Bath Turnpike Trustees, the Kennet and Avon Canal Company, and the sale and letting of various properties in Somerset and Wiltshire on behalf of private owners (including especially the Orchardleigh estate). The extracts comprise;
