A Bill for vesting in the Mayor Alderman and Burgesses of the City and Borough of Bath the Bath Commons or Freeman's Estate and to provide Compensation to the Free Citizens of the same City and Borough for their Interests therein and for empowering the said Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses to acquire by Agreement and to demise and manage Lands for a Public Park and other purposes
