Description
The Reverend Joseph Hunter was a Unitarian Minister, antiquarian and one of the chief founders of Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institute and deputy keeper of public records. Born in Sheffield, he moved to Bath in 1809 to take up a post as a Unitarian Minister at Trim Street chapel. He published four sermons between 1811 and 1819. The name 'Michael Hunter'' is handwritten on the front cover.
