Description
A short article in Etonia, no. 129, pp. 507-510 published by Eton College Library. It relates to a manuscript of a working manual of reports of cases heard in the Court of Kings's Bench between Michaelmas Term 1663 and Easter Term 1667 copied by the judge's clerk. It may be a manuscript book of Baron Hatsell (Henry Hatsell 1641-1714 knighted 1697 according to DNB). The photograph on p. 87 shows part of the manuscript relating to William Prynne's case concerning the Recordership of Bath. A covering note signed by the author is inserted in the front cover.
