Includes the following articles: City news: Bath Record Office by Colin Johnston, p. 2; The diaries of Fanny Chapman (short description of the early nineteenth-century diaries of a young woman who lived at Batheaston Villa 1807-1812 and again in Bath 1839-1841), p. 5; A bit more about the Old Labour Exchange in James Street West (a description of the opening ceremony in 1938), pp. 5-6; Portway House, Weston (a short history of Portway House and its environs. The house was built at the end of the eighteenth century and stood at Combe Park, Weston before its demolition in 2003), pp. 7-8; The Bladud Spa (a history of the springs and building which comprised the Bladud Spa at Larkhall in the nineteenth century. The building which housed the spring stood at the foot of Brooklyn Road and later became the Spa Mission Hall before it was demolished in 1972.
