Unpublished transcript of the diary of Thomas Leir V dating 1811-1819 and the diary of his mother, Mary Leir nee Shore dating 1761-1802. The Leir family owned the Weston Estate in the nineteenth century which had originall been owned by the Macie family. See pp. 38-39 for the history of the ownership of the estate.
