A collection of floor plans of the Guildhall and markets, a proposed plan for a city concert hall on Grand Parade, plans of the central Police Station and Garage, and the proposed parking area behind the Guildhall. Also designs and sketches of cornicing and curtain designs in the Pump Rooms, and modern colour schemes for the Guildhall offices and rooms, together with photographs of the interior and exterior of the Guildhall. Many of the plans are modern photocopies or facsimiles.
