Description
The statement records the adopting of Young's Scheme 1 and lists the accomodation requirements together with the requirments for the architects' submissions. William Young of Lancaster Place, London, was to be the assessor for the competiton which was won by the London Architect John McKean Brydon (1840-1901). Brydon had proposed Young as a fellow of RIBA in January 1891.
