Description
Draft copy and printed copy of William Young's report outlining two schemes, the first placing the extensions either side of the original Guildhall building, which was later adopted, and the other placing both the Municipal Building and the Art Gallery along Bridge Street. Included are two identical plans showing the two schemes side by side, one has a rough penciled diagram on the verso. William Young (1843-1900) was a London Architect based in Lancaster Place.
