Description
The majority of the letters are addressed to the town clerk, John Stone, and relate to the tender, contract, and payments related to the building of the Guildhall extension and Technical School. This group of letters had been returned to Stone from the London Lawyer, Charles H. Freeman, of Lincoln's Inn. Also a letter to Jerom Murch in which Brydon strongly urges Murch not to allow Councilor Good's proposal for the windows in Guildhall.
