Typed annotated draft of Jerom Murch report regarding the lack of courtroom provision and ventilation with a letter from the Bath Solicitor Edward B Titley addressed to Murch in which he criticises courtroom provision in Brydon's design and raises the possibility of Bath holding the County Assizes Court. Also includes annotated proof copies of Thomas Washbourne Gibbs's report supporting Brydon's plans. Gibbs was an alderman and former Mayor of Bath. Also a group of three letters from J A Timmins, Solicitor, to John Stone, and one carbon copy typescript relating to the removal of the Bath Law Society Library to the Solictor's Room in the Guildhall offices.
