Description
Bath City Council acting as the Urban Sanitary Authority (USA) was responsible for overseeing light railways (trams). These letters received by the clerk were kept as a separate series from the rest of the USA in-letters. The letters were not always filed in the volumes in strict chronological order, and the contents of some volumes therefore overlap. It appears that not all the volumes have survived.
