Concerning post horse duties owed by 2 and 3 to 1. Both coaches had passed through the Lansdown Turnpike on Thursday 29th June, 1815 during the races but did not pay the correct charge or have the right papers. Together with a letter from Lowder to Philip George junior related to the matter.
