1. A collection of letters, many signed by James Lowther MP (1753-1837), and a detailed draft summary for the King's Bench, regarding an unsecured bill of exchange for £220 drawn up by Lowther for a ?John ?Luttrell and presented to the banking firm of Hobhouse, Clutterbuck, Phillott and Lowder, Bath, bankers. Hobhouse pursued Lowther through the court to reclaim the monies owed.
2. A collection of letters, memorandums, declarations and accounts of costs, relating to the case brought by Hobhouse, Clutterbuck, Phillott and Lowder on behalf of Stephen Leedham owed money by Richard Graves. Previous reference number BC 134/45
