Bond from 1 to 2 in the penalty of £200. Alex Luders had, at his own expense, taken down, rebuilt and set back the premises formerly called the Greyhound Inn at the northwest end or corner of Claverton Street in the Parish of Lyncombe and Widcombe, Bath.
Together with two later copies, in which the penalty has increased to £300 and the bond is from 1 to 3.
