The schedule includes details of the houses of both William Cottle and Jane Cottle and the property of Harry Salmon and the Three Tunns Inn which were purchased in order to create York Street. The council minutes of 26th September 1796 note that a committee was appointed to carry out the work of making a road from Stall Street to North Parade. The agreement to demolish Cottle's house and part of the Three Tunns Inn was made on 3rd March 1802.
