Description: A photograph from an upper floor of Abbey Chambers looking west down York Street towards the Pipe Bridge crossing the street. The turn into Abbey Street is seen on the left and on the right is part of the enclosure to the Roman Baths. Hands Dairy is on the left with its upper floors still blackeded by pollution in contrast to the cleaned facade of No 4 Abbey Street. Colour
