Description: A photograph of the east façade of 20 Vineyards, a five-bay detached Palladian villa, three bays pedimented with an oculus in the tympanum. The first floor windows of the stepped-forward centre are also pedimented. The raised front garden is retained by a coursed rubble stone wall with rusticated piers and gateposts. The whole in need of restoration. The paper background carries a note at its bottom edge: '20 VINEYARDS'. On the reverse: a note in pencil: 'Local Advisory Committee, 3 March 1967'. B&W
