Description: A photograph of the service yard between nos. 28 and 29 Upper Borough Walls. A Caters van is parked in one of the service bays in the yard. The construction of the Harvey Block (1964), returning into Upper Borough Walls from High Street, is in progress. In the foreground are stacks of blocks or bricks awaiting use in the construction and reinforcement of a column has been erected in the middle of the photograph. On the right is a completed part of the reinforced concrete frame adjacent to the ramp. B&W
