Description
An estate agent's photograph of 'Lot 4' Hill House, Sion Road viewed from the driveway looking uphill towards the house. The form is additive with many extensions and pitched roofs, semi-circular bay windows and Italianate detailing of roofs ie broad verges and eaves and shutters. ( The building was much altered later on and now presents a neater form.) Reverse: 'Lot 3' from the same auction. B/W
