Description: A view of a site occupied by Pearce's Ironmongers, an isolated block, south of St John's Place, while scaffolded awaiting either demolition or resoration. A lorry belonging to Bath Plant Ltd. Is parked outside. To the right , a sign on the road indicates the car park behind is 'full.' On the left is the end of Kingsmead Street and a group of pedestrians are waiting to cross the road. Pearce's building is a three storey structure with tall squat dormers.
