Description
A view of the shop façade of 4, Sawclose, 'The Chocolate Box' (Confectioners) which is festooned with advertisements for cigarettes and tobacco. Above the shop is a large plaque-like sign with ' Beau Nash Picture House' in large capitals.On the right hand side of the shop entrance are tow placards advertising upcoming films: 'One eyed Jacks' and Elvis Presley in Roustabout. On the right is a finger post sign stuck into a whitewashed beer barrel pointing to ' Chocolates, Cigarettes.' Black ink note at bottom left: '4.Sawclose.' Reverse: Black ink note '13/8' and a pencil note ' 8.' B/W
