Description: A view of the Abbey Screen to the Abbey Churchyard (Thomas Baldwin, 1791) looking northeast from the site of the former Grand Pump Room Hotel. To the north of the screen is the premises of Frederick Tranter, the Pipe Shop and the rounded corner to Cheap Street is occupied by the Abbey Wine Vaults. The pedestrianisation of Stall Street has been completed. The former street surface is now equipped with public benches and planting containers. Partial view of a bollard in the left foreground. Lots of pedestrians enjoying the seating and walking in the sunshine. B/W
